zones
• Customer care technicians take calls from Global customers
and
initiate the right response to them, positively and
professionally
• Deal with a wide range of products and using a powerful
information database
• Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and
explain
the solution in such a way that non-technical users
understand

Job Title: Process Associate (Accounting & Non Accounting)
o Facilitates solutions to transaction processing problems;
Provide
coordination on communication linkages.
o Manages processes to ensure efficiency as well as the
effectiveness of business controls, identifies changes as
appropriate.
o Utilizes process expertise to develop solutions to various
accounting problems.
o Flexible to work in any shifts.
o For Accounting Process - Good Analytical Skills; Basic
understanding about Order Management, Claims, Rebates, Supply
Chain
Cycle or procurement.
o Eligibility: BA, B.sc, BCA, B Com, M com, BBM, BBA or M.sc
with
50% and above aggregate scores. Strictly 2005 - 2008 pass
outs
Experience: 0 – 18 months of experience, if applied in the
last 3
months please do not refer the same candidate. (BPO or Non
BPO)
